Need Device tomorrow
If we receive your order before our last dispatch (3PM Mon-Fri, 10AM Saturdays) and your start date is the next day, your assigned device would be dispatched through a “Next Working day” delivery service.
If you order 1 or 2 working days before your start date:
Device will be dispatched through a Next Working Day delivery service so that it arrives on your start of hire date or a day early.
Late orders that are automatically sent using “Next working day” through Royal mail delivery service(excluding public holidays and Sundays). So it gets to you within 24 hours.
If you ordered over 3 days in advance:
We aim to get packages delivered 1 to 2 days before your start of hire date or on your start of hire date. Delivery is done through a courier service company like Royal mail.
Our last dispatch time is 3PM (Mon-Friday), 11AM on Saturdays.

How to Return
Your package would include a free return postage label.
Use it in posting the device back to us at the end of your hire by packaging the router , sticking the label on the package and dropping it in one of the over 10,000 post office around the United Kingdom.
